i find it to be faulse advertising. played for 3 hours and not one collection item came up

Hi cashier, collections very much depend on your own luck because they're not guaranteed to come up on every card in every round. But it's just something extra as you play Bingo as you normally would. There's no extra cost or extra loss. Just more prizes at the end of the round, for playing as you normally do.

Gamepoint......I don't know how I am supposed to add to a collection, when I very seldom get any pieces to collect. This evening I have played bingo for 6 1/2 hours, and in all that time......I only had 1 card with collection pieces on it. I find that many others are getting many cards with collection pieces. Can you tell me the fairness of this? I am seeing the same comments from others as we are discussing this in chat. EllenS48

Hi Ellen, as mentioned above, it's still your own luck. Lucky streaks come and go, so naturally at any point in time, at least one of our thousands of players is experiencing their own lucky streak. Doesn't mean that the same one person is "always" having items. So here's hoping your own lucky steak comes around.

unless you play the same room ALL the time....you dont have ANY chance of completing any collections!!!!!!! just another Gamepoint scam!!!!!

Collections aren't tied to a specific room by name, they're tied to the room value (5 Coin, 10 Coin, etc., auto or manual). And collection items don't 'decide' to appear depending on what room you're in, or how many people are there. Since they're just a complimentary part of the game, there's nothing to lose, only things to gain

the way i figure it,its a free bonus if you get collection pieces,it doesnt use more coins or anything.i just play as usual and if i get a collection piece then GREAT!,i don't understand why people are complaining when its just an added bonus

You're right Lolita, but we can also understand that it's not fun when it feels like you're not as lucky as someone else on any given day. But that's exactly how lucky works, you can't 'will' it into existence and if you try to give a reason to it, then it's not 'luck' anymore either.

At the end of the day, it is indeed something free that no one has to pay extra for. Even if you ignored the existence of collections and just played normally, eventually you'd simply end up with the prize (for free!) no matter what

I have played for hours also. And not seen items. But, Gamepoint. You have no idea what you are doing when it comes to this. There should be more Items on cards, Every site I have ever been on. There are items on cards every 3 or 4 th card. So, It may be free. But, Its hard to have fun. When you see others getting Items on there cards every other game. and you just spent 3 hours playing and had none. So, Gamepoint. You need to fix this for other players to also enjoy. thank you. xxx gl to all.

i guess thats a valid point AidaGP,i stand corrected :D,ive had very few,im just trying to figure out how to be able to keep playing,have spent several $100 in the last 2 weeks but have had terrible luck trying to hang onto coins.And yes grace i know it can be frustrating,i just try to pretend like i dont know about them LOLOL they are realllllllllllllly hard to get in the big rooms but some have completed collections,keep trying and gl xoxoxox

i am not getting inventory to collect only 1 time a day and now i have played for 2 days straight and havent got any ...how r we suppose 2 do this without them ??

GP I understand the collections are random but come on how are we suppose to fill collections when you dont get the cards with them on it. I also understand luck of the draw but come on you could give them more often. Been in different rooms and have not got anything.Yes I enjoy playing but it would be more enjoyable if collection cards came more often then not.

Just keep on playing Bingo as you already do. Collections are a way to bring more prizes that weren't there before.
