We would like to take a moment to thank everyone that provided us with extremely valuable feedback on the new Bingo roomlist. As a result, we've applied several changes to increase our players' experiences.

Please keep an eye on this post as we will be updating it as have more information for you.

UPDATED

  • Visibility of Coins and Full Screen
    Players informed us that they could no longer see their Coin amount or the green Deposit button while having the new roomlist open. That was a very valid point. We're going to re-introduce these options. We're also adding a full screen option in the roomlist.
  • Missing Sounds
    Several players have notified us that they could no longer hear the caller or sounds in-game. This should be resolved by checking and readjusting your settings, and re-entering room. Doing so will re-save your settings. If that still does not work, please tell us exactly which sounds you no longer hear so we can investigate it further.
  • Gift Animation
    Although we've heard very positive feedback about the 3 hourly Gift, some players have requested to skip the animation. This is now implemented. You only have to click on the Gift animation to skip it and continue to the game.

UPCOMING CHANGES

  • Room Features
    Within the new roomlist, we heard reports about unclear features enabled for specific rooms. We're going to make it so that rather than seeing greyed out icons next to colored icons, only icons relevant to the room's option will remain. This will also help the roomlist to be less 'overwhelming'.
  • Greyed out cards
    In several rooms we've always had the feature that cards were greyed out the moment you can't click away any more numbers. This feature somehow disappeared with the update and thanks to your feedback we will re-enabled it.
  • Changing rooms from the Game Information page below the game
    Players that play through www.gamepoint.com notified us that changing rooms from within the game information page below the game opens the roomlist yet again. We are aware of this and are going to fix it as soon as possible.

Please change 1 Coin auto back to a 100-player limit. I have absolutely no idea why GP would reduce the maximum number of players in one of the most popular Bingo rooms (The other being 5 Coin Manual.). I am hoping that the 75-player limit is a mistake that you're working to rectify. While I'm at it, you also should add more 1 Coin auto rooms in English.

If you're not going to change the maximum player limit on 1 Coin rooms, then add more English rooms immediately, because this is utterly ridiculous: The two rooms have been full since the "update" (It's in quotes because it isn't really an update, but rather a downgrade.). Those are rooms people, such as myself, with not a lot of coins go into to chat while playing. Unless a player has, at least, several thousand coins, the higher coin rooms are not an option to play in. In other words, I'm certain I'm not the only disgruntled English-speaking player who hasn't been able to enter English 1 Coin rooms since the change.

Why is it, that the Dutch have 6 1coin rooms ... AND USA has only 2 rooms ?

I'd argue that the entire blog post above is a great example of GamePoint listening to players. A lot of changes we're adding are thanks to direct feedback on what works (or doesn't) for players. We've added rooms which goes against your theory of "[getting] people to buy SVIP membership," but based on the discussion of a lot of players, it's likely we'll have to continue adjusting. Again, this is thanks to player feedback!

It could be that a room you want to join has reached its player limit and can only be accessed by SVIPs. Once the limit is no longer maxed, access is reopened. If there is a different issue, then please contact us via the Helpdesk and we'll answer your questions.

again i am asking for help i am stuck in the super bingo room can not get out have tried everything there are three players that use my computer it is not the computer we have tried others we have been here since you made the changes on tuesday please try to get us out the accounts are mrs connie butler and dawn scott

If you mean that you cannot disconnect and change account, go to the main page (www.gamepoint.com) and click the 'Log out' button that can be found at the top right. If this doesn't solve your problem, then please contact us via Helpdesk or ingame.

i still dony get callera voice and when i go into english rooms chat box says dutch language only .please fix

If your overall Language settings are in Dutch for example, even going into an English room will cause you to see Dutch language in your global chat and hear the Dutch caller. You can change your language settings at the very top right of the page. This will determine the language for your chat.

As for the sound issue, did you already try the steps posted above in the blog post? If so, is it only the caller you're not hearing? The other game sounds? When you provide us details, you help us immensely to tackle the issue.

until a post in the chat box of bingo, I didn't even know gamepoint had a facebook page or that I could register as a member. Even though I already purchased a vip membership. I think it may be a good idea to have a link for information in each game. I originally found the game through FBs game list. Gamepoint is by far my favorite with many games I enjoy playing. I'm glad I finally have a way of knowing what is going on besides the random posts in chat! Thanks for being the best and for all of the free coins this week!

i had ur method of tried ur method of retrieving sound and yes it does work....howeve, when you shut computer down for the night it is not saved and we have to redo everything......this is a constant and annoying issue

why do you have all the cards covered when you win one of the patterns. with slow connections you miss bingos if on same card. do not like this feature at all. win the pattern and next number is bingo on my full card but cannot get bingo because of this animation

canyou all fixit to where we can change games when in card party. Can't see the games at the top of page when logging in from facebook. there has been alot of players saying the same thing
